- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am SO not surprised to see all of these terrible reviews for this office! Everyone that works here is unprofessional and rude! They have no idea what is going on. I have had State Farm for 16 years and I am switching to another company strictly based on the people working in this office. Good riddance, State Farm! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been with State Farm for 25 years and Jim Liufau for 15 years. I was just recently in a minor accident and the other driver who was at fault is in the Air Force, Air Force claims can take up to 6 months to process. State Farm paid for the repairs and is keeping me informed while our claim is being processed with the Air Force. I have never had an issue with State Farm and they will always be my car insurance company.By Jennifer Brown, October 30, 2016
